International Business Manager (Opening Position)

Duties involve sales of plastic raw material to South East Asian region and possibly other regions; sourcing of plastic raw material

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  2. Required language(s): English; Optional: Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  3. At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4.  Required Skills: Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Sourcing, Procurement
  5. Preferably Manager specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
  6. Candidates with past working experience in the plastic industry, e.g. plastic raw material sales, are preferred
  7. Candidates should have good knowledge about the industry, be able to do market/ country analysis & expansion, customer relationship management, have sales target, etc.
  8. Candidates should have good personal qualities such as honesty, dedication, loyalty, team work, discipline, professionalism, etc. and have a long-term work commitment.
  9. Be Singaporean/ Singapore PR or Dependant Pass/ Long-term visit pass holder

Pay will be appropriately adjusted to candidates’ past working experience and personal qualities. Promotion and bonuses are considered based on actual performance.

Working hours: 9am-6pm, Mondays – Fridays.

Assistant to Director cum Administrative Officer (Position Closed)

• Administrative tasks such as welcoming guests and answering phone calls, handling stationaries/ mails/ office supplies
• Organize meetings, events, etc.
• Track, monitor and report telephone & courier/mailing cost
• Organize business trip arrangements for Director: hotel, flight, visa, and related
• Keep office area clean and tidy
• Once hired, trainings may be provided for areas which the staff is not familiar with but is willing to learn
• Other ad-hoc admin duties related tasks as assigned

• Competent computer skills including MS Office
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher or Graduted Diploma in any field.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English; Optional: Chinese, Vietnamese  (in order to liase with multilingual speaking associates)
• Candidates should have good working attitude, be able to work under stress and complete by deadline, be able to handle tasks with accuracy, be well-organized, careful, accountable, responsible and punctual
• Be Singaporean/ Singapore PR, Dependant Pass/ Long-term Visit Pass holder
